Graduate Programme

What are we looking for?

  1. Students (or future students) of the Master de Acceso a la Abogacía
  2. Brilliant academic record and passion for the law
  3. Good communication skills and a high level of written and spoken English
  4. Excellent team players, with a good sense of humour and interesting life experiences

The process

  1. We believe the most important thing is to focus on the individual, that is why we don’t run assessment centres.
  2. If you are invited to participate in our selection process, you will have two face-to-face interviews with several people across the Madrid office (HR team, lawyers and partners of the firm).
  3. The interview will be conducted in English and Spanish, including a drafting exercise in both languages. We will discuss your experiences through your CV and you may be asked about your technical knowledge and communication skills.
  4. The interviews will test the attitude we are looking for through competency and scenario-based questions.
  5. The whole process will take about two months and offers are usually made before the end of February.
